Effective heat recovery with rotary heat exchanger

With the Heat-X Rotate Reventa offers an innovative solution for effective heat recovery of exhaust air produced in poultry- and swine-stables. Thanks to its straightforward construction with direct air guidance and without any pre-filtration, the Heat-x Rotate’s construction is very compact. This it what the Heat-X Rotate differentiates from other competitors’ solutions.

The rotary heat exchanger is the core of this device. Its fully automatic rotor cleaning ensures, even in the event of a high degree of dust, ideal efficiency. At the end of a fattening period hygienic cleaning is possible due to the integrated service dampers that guarantee an easy access to the device. The rotating storage mass made of aluminum is additionally equipped with a plastic coating in order to meet the highest requirements in regard to corrosion protection in agriculture. The fresh air is sucked in through a big weather protection grid that contains lamellas. The streamlined lamellas keep rain, leaves, and birds out of the system.

The Heat-X Rotate is available in two different versions. The smaller one has a fresh and exhaust air flow of 10,000 m³/h whereas the bigger version flows up to 20,000 m³/h. Both sizes are suitable for common truck transportations.
