Dry sow house for 1,000 pregnant sows
The stable has a size of 45 x 56 m. The air guidance is processed by 78 double inlets ZED 1500. These ceiling inlets are distributed in 6 rows of 13 double inlets ZED 1500.

Single row comb stable for 1,500 animals
The stable is divided into 5 sections with a size of 10 x 25.8m and has a capacity for 300 animals/ section. The incoming air is carried about 9 ceiling inlets »ZED5000« with extension in each compartment. For the central exhaustion 4 built-in fans with 400V and an inner diamter of 910 mm are used, they are controlled by climate computers.

Poultry stable with about 85.000 broilers, District Borken, Germany
The speciality of this project is, that the air-water heat exchangers are installed horizontal in one and vertical in the other stable for experimental purposes. Furthermore in one stable is used an air-air heat exchanger with approx 80 kW capacity. As the exhaust air output speed should be smaller than 7 m/s the tower consist of several chimneys.

Layer farm in Bavaria
with approx 200 exhaust air chimneys Ø 920 mm. The air guidance is processed by the multi air inlet »AIRSTEP«. Wind deflection hoods with integrated light filter are installed on the external wall.

Broiler stable with 2 x 40.000 animals
At this object the wall chimneys are equipped pressure resistant with axial fans Ø 920 mm of  Ziehl-Abegg. The fan shutters are very dense, so that cold losses can be avoided and a constant negative pressure is guaranteed in the stable.

Poultry stable for 40.000 animals
with fresh air wall inlets ZEW 2500 with differentiated air guidance. About 1/3 of the exhaust air is sucked off over the ridge of the roof at the beginning.

Exhaust air cleaning, District Steinfurt, Germany
for 3.000 piglets.
The exhaust air cleaning system consists of 5 single ventilation components Ø 920/1.090 with a single air flow of 17.500 m3/h each unit.
